El tiempo excesivo en diagnosticar y realizar las reparaciones es la razon por la cual les doy solamente dos estrellas, ademas agregaria que debe haber mas comunicacion por parte del area de servicio para informar al cliente de los avances en las reparaciones del vehiculo, en mi caso en particular fueron 16 dias los que tardaron, incluyendo logicamente tramites con la garantia extendida que tengo, pero aun asi es demasiado tiempo.

I was sold a new vehicle that had scratches on the hood, I was not informed by the sells man that the vehicle had almost 2000 miles on it. Finance did not honor the contract with me, it was the sells man that did and he did not know all the perks of the contract.

According to Clara they don't do that service, they never have and they never have enough workers to do it out of convenience. Always giving me the run around.

It took six hours to get the car back from an oil change. This had never happened before, the gentleman was very apologetic. In return they did not charge at all which I thought was nice of them , because they did not have to do that . I have always taken my vehicle there , and will continue to do it .

The nice young lady that helped me out when I dropped off my car was very efficient and exlained everything that would be going on with my service. She also told me that there were several options for warranties that I could purchase since my oil change warranty had expired and told me the man who was in charge of this could discuss these options with me while I waited for my car, but he never showed up. The girl said he would call me the next day but that never happened. So, this is what I don't like about Brown Chevrolet. My service on Monday, the 13th, was good, but I had to schedule the service myself, after seeing how low my oil was. No one is reaching out to see how my car is doing after having had it for three years. Every time I purchase a vehicle there, the enthusiasm and amount of service is great, but as soon as the warranty is over, and the car is several years old, no one cares about the product. You all need to change that. I may decide to go with someone else on my next purchase.

I ordered a bed cover that I confirmed over the phone it had arrived. After driving 139 miles one-way, and taking a day off work for the installation, I’m told the part arrived damaged and it will be re-ordered. After a week goes by and not hearing back, I call to check in on status and again, I get confirmation that the part is in do I go back only to find out that the wrong cover was sent. Not only did it cost me about $300 for the gas but $776.48 in lost wages I also paid $136 for an oil change that should have been free after all the mistakes. It should have been confirmed that the part was the correct one and that it was not damaged before I made the trip.

I bought a truck and not even a week, I had to take it into the shop indefinitely for coolant and suspension issues. Was sold a defective vehicle and when I tried to go see about getting a replacement, I was either denied or was given the option for another truck for an EVEN HIGHER payment. I went in originally to trade in my car for a truck and ended up inside another small car as a rental instead of a truck. I will not be recommending this dealership to any of my military friends and family.

The customer service was disappointing. I wasn’t welcomed at the door. If your employees are occupied at the very least they can tell customers that “We’ll be with you in one moment.” Not only that, but cussing in frustration in front of customers is unprofessional. When your employees are done dealing with their customers, at least have them provide all receipts for the charges have been made for the service and what services were done on the vehicle. (GM Rewards, multi-point inspection details, etc.) Lastly, your employees at the very least could remove the plastic floor mats, plastic seat cover, and plastic head rest cover and dispose of it properly and not have your customer do that for you.

the main concern i had with my truck was it was leaking oil, then the cameras, but they kept my truck for 10 days and they didn't fix anything. Emilio keept saying it was almost done, and on friday he told me they where changing the oil. and if i wanted to go and pick up my truck. when i get there he was not there and they told me they didnt know what was performed to my truck. i talk to the manager and he told me same thing, and he want me to left my truck more days, i told him i was taking my truck because why emilio called and told me i can pick it up, i told him if they can change the oil in that moment and he say no bc everyone already left. but i don't know why they keep my truck for 10 days if they didnt fix anythinh and they keep lying. i told the manager 10 day without my truck for nothing. not even changing the oil, if they can't do the work why kept lying i would take it to another dealership instead
